Shipping Information
Systems are shipped via UPS ground, unless other arangements are made.
You may pay more for 3-day, 2-day, or overnight delivery.
We can also ship Fed Ex billed to your account number.
Tracking numbers are available once systems ship.
Return Merchandise Authorization
If at any time within the warranty period the equipment
does not function as warranted, return it and we will repair or replace
it without charge. If we are unable to do so, we will refund your money
less shipping costs.
No return is accepted without prior return merchandise authorization (RMA#)
number from us. Call us for RMA#, prior to shipping any product back to us.
